HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major payment methods. 

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?

Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. Your payment information is transmitted directly to a secure third-party server – you can tell you're on a safe page by the padlock icon that appears on your browser.

HOW SAFE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process. For more information on how we secure and use your information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We partner with global merchants and artisans to provide you the best prices and the most interesting jewelry pieces. This means that your order is directly shipped from global areas such as Germany, U.S, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 - 3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

 

Once you place your order, please allow 2 - 3 business days to process your order(s). After that, it will take 14 - 28 business days (estimate) for delivery to Canada and 14 - 28 business days (estimate) to U.S. It can take up to 45 business days (estimate) for international orders (depending on location) however, from our experience most of the orders arrive within 20 business days excluding processing time. 

Please note that due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time. 

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS MISSING IN MY ORDER?

Don't worry! Most of the time it happens because we work with various suppliers to increase the variety of inventory for you to choose from. Sometimes, items get sent out separately and you might receive your order(s) in multiple deliveries. We do provide a tracking number for each of the orders. You will know where you order is at all times! If something still doesn't feel right, just reach out to us by emailing info@shopmonkey.ca and we will be more than happy to help you out.

IS YOUR SHIPPING FREE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes! We offer free shipping worldwide!

No worries! Contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the funds reflect on customer’s bank account.

COVID-19 UPDATE:

Due to COVID-19 processing times could be delayed. Occasionally, items might take longer than usual to clear through customs due to COVID-19 policies. However, we provide detailed tracking numbers for all of our orders which will indicate where your order is. We are doing all we can to ensure that your orders get to you as fast as we can, but we know that you, our lovely customers, will understand if there is a bit of a delay whilst we adjust to new ways of working.
